Terms of Use — key points
COIN is a marketplace and escrow holder — the work contract is between the Client and the Operator, not with COIN.
Clients fund the full job amount into escrow up front; funds are released to the Operator as milestones are approved.
We may verify your identity and meet anti-money-laundering obligations before you transact.
Operators are independent contractors and must hold the licences, insurance and skills their work requires.
Your Consumer Guarantees Act, Fair Trading Act and Privacy Act rights are not taken away by these Terms.
Disputes pause the affected escrow funds until they are resolved.
